Recent updates

So I'm now in Tainan, Taiwan living with my Grandma. (Mom's side) Mommy and Daddy went back to the states and decided to leave me here for 3 weeks since they didn't want me to travel back and forth four times, that will drive me crazy. What I have been up to? I am living like a king with Grandma. hehe So first thing I wake up, I get breakfast, taro buns with shredded pork and nori wrap. Then we go to the market and buy some fresh meat, fish and veggie. During lunch, Grandma cooks like 2-3 dishes for me and I play more. I take a nap and wake up whenever I want, then Grandma feeds me fish soup (deep sea fish) around 3ish then we go out for a walk. At dinner, I eat various meals. Sounds like fun huh? No schedule restrictions and no discipline. I'm the boss alright!

Mommy and Daddy is suppose to pick me up somewhere around mid Nov. We will all stay in Taiwan till December 9th and fly back altogether. In the meantime, I don't miss them at all because I get to do whatever I want in Taiwan. Whoohoo!

Disneyland!

Daddy, Mommy, Uncle and Auntie took me to Disneyland on Sunday, which was Mommy's bday. The first ride that I got on was Merry Go Around, this one was fun. The second one we went on Dumbo, I thought it was a bit scary because we were flying up high. It was really hot that day, but we managed to take breaks inside where there is A/C. I got really exhausted around 2p.m. and fell asleep on my stroller. When we woke up, we got on more rides. I got scared on some of the rides because it was too dark and there was loud music. I managed to went through the whole day until 5p.m. and finished with Merry go Around.

Happy Birthday to me!

My birthday was on August 27th. Daddy and Mommy bought a Lightening McQueen cake for me and brought it to daycare. Everyone sang Happy Birthday to me.





On Saturday, we went to bbq to celebrate more for my birthday. We went to Crissy Field and brought our own grill. Ethan, Tyler and Alice came to celebrate for me. It was alot of fun. We were so full and exhausted by the time we left. I fell asleep on the car right away.

My first swimming lesson

Mommy and Daddy took me to learn how to swim. It was awesome, Ethan was there as well so we both felt more safe knowing that we know each other. At first, I cried for 20 min. not wanting to be in the water, then towards the end of it, I didn't want to get up. Here are some pics and video of our lesson.

My Taiwan Trip with Mommy 7-6-09 thru 7-14-09

Mommy took me back to Taiwan with her for 9 days. I was a great baby, didn't cry at all on the way back for 13 hrs. This time I was lucky to get my own seat next to Mommy. I am like a grown up, sitting in my own seat. When we arrived, Grandma and Grandpa came to pick us up. We only get to stay in Taipei for a day and had to leave for Tainan. But we still managed to get some fun out of it for just one day. Taiwan was super super hot and humid. Most of the time I was wearing my diapers running wild. Tainan was even worse! But I ate a lot of yummy Tainan food and loved it all. Cousin Chloe was also in Tainan, we usually meet at great grandpa's place. Here are some pictures of us. She is only four months older than me, but a head taller. She is a giant baby.

Potty Training

Mommy started potty training me. But I don't like sitting on Elmo, the first time she sat me down I wanted to come down. I don't think I am ready for this yet!

Re: Recent Updates about me

Mommy has been preoccupied recently and haven't had a chance to update my blog. What have I been up to lately? I am able to talk alot more now, express my feelings and say what I want and don't want, likes and dislikes. I have been learning alot of my letters ABCs and count 1 - 10. I am actually pretty good, I can read alot of the letters and was able to read them as I see them everywhere. I started learning them when Mommy bought me the ABCs letters and 1-10 bath toys. It's alot of fun!

March of Babies

We had to wake up at 7:30a.m. in order to arrive by 8:20a.m. for registration. I was still asleep when Mommy woke me up and we had to leave. When we arrived there, there was so many babies in strollers. Here is a picture of me waiting for the shuttle bus to take us to the park.



The park was very pretty, there was alot of lakes and ducks. I got to take pictures with Dora and Sponge Box.





It didn't took us that long to arrive at the finish line. I was proud to be one of the walkers at this event. It meant alot to me and my family.




On the way home, I fell asleep in my car seat.

LA Trip 4-18-09

Mommy took me to LA this weekend. It was SUPER HOT. I was happy that I got my own seat on the airplane with my own seat belt.

We went to Auntie Jean's baby shower and there was alot of pretty aunties there. Of course I was the ladies man!

We went to Cousin Matthew's house to play race car. I was the passenger of course. I can't wait to be the driver myself.

Chloe's 1st Birthday

We went to Chloe's 1st birthday today at the Parc Metropolitan Clubhouse. It was really nice, there was a foosball, swimming pool and a small kitchen. I met so many new friends there and saw some old ones like Big Brandon. O boy, he got so tall now. He was only half a head taller than me back in Halloween and now, almost one head and more. Mommy said his genetics kick in and I have no more excuse to tell people that I am premie because Big Brandon was also a premie. I need to drink more milk and eat more meat to catch up!

Terrible 2 Tantrum

Lately, I discovered a new habit to get more attention from my parents. First, I would scream and cry at the same time. Then I realized that it didn't work, so I would roll on the floor and kick my legs and wave my arms at the same time to look more painful. Lastly, today I did something more extreme, I fell down on my head, but it still didn't work. I need to think of another new trick since it didn't work on my mommy today. She videotaped me today.

My new PJ

Mommy bought me a new set of pajamas with a matching robe. I love it! Don't I look like a boxer ready to fight?

Re: Devon's house

We went over to Devon's house to play with his toys. Ethan was there too!

Ethan's 1st Bday at Gymboree

We went to Gymboree today to celebrate Ethan's 1st Bday. We had a teacher who played so many activities with us. My favorite one was putting the balls back in the basket. I did a great job! Check me out.
